Our Story

We are offering 2nd homes (havens) across the United States and Europe. We love the model of fractional ownership in an LLC, as this creates a unique shared ownership experience that truly feels like home when you are there.

We also love helping people live their dreams to buying a 2nd home or luxury home. Many of the homes we offer are through Pacaso.

2nd Haven is brought to you by Jay Peet, a Pacaso-certified agent who represents Pacaso Homes. Pacaso provides the luxury listings on this website through a courtesy agent relationship. 2nd Haven is also building our own traditional real estate portfolio of 2nd home and primary home luxury homes on the Central Coast in California.
